I’m Beth, founder of Osprey Energy Healing and a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I am located on the south shore of Massachusetts and am available for travel anywhere in lower New England.
My Reiki journey began unexpectedly when I experienced Reiki for the first time while staying with a family member in the hospital. I knew very little about Reiki at the time, but the experience left a lasting impression on me. I felt deeply relaxed, felt a lot of energy clearing out of my body, and noticed a shift that made me want to understand more.
That experience led me to learn about Reiki, energy healing, and the many ways we can reconnect with ourselves through stillness, movement, sound, and meditation.
Today, I offer Reiki and energy healing along with sound healing, crystal singing bowls, Kundalini yoga-inspired movement, meditation, and intuitive practices.
My intention is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.
Why Osprey?
The osprey has a special meaning to me and became the inspiration for the name Osprey Energy Healing.
For me, the osprey represents connection to nature, freedom, perspective, and the ability to rise above and see things from a different place.
That symbolism is at the heart of my work.
You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. You can simply come as you are and open up to receiving the energy. Reiki knows where to go and knows what you need.
