A set up for a semi-private sound bath at a residence.
This is a set up for a sound bath and reiki experience hosted at a private residence. I guided participants (in this case a family) into what is known as a reiki experience- a meditation that allows them to receive reiki energy, while I played the crystal sound bowls.

Osprey Energy Healing offers special events throughout the year, including sound baths, Reiki experiences, meditation, and outdoor gatherings.

Beach Sound Baths

There’s something special about combining sound healing with the natural rhythm of the ocean.

Our beach sound baths may include:

  • Crystal singing bowls
  • Guided meditation
  • Reiki
  • Breath and relaxation
  • Journaling, sharing and time to connect with nature

Bring a blanket or beach towel, settle in, and allow the sounds of the bowls and the ocean to become part of the experience.

Sound Journeys

Indoor sound journeys offer a peaceful opportunity to step away from the outside world and turn inward.

Using crystal singing bowls and guided meditation, these experiences are designed to create a quiet space for rest and reflection.

Here is a picture of a sound journey at a healing circle at a private residence. About 15 individuals gathered to receive healing reiki energy, listened and relaxed deeply into the sounds, and then shared their experience, guided by an oracle card spread.

Reiki & Energy Healing Events

I offer group Reiki and energy-healing experiences.

These gatherings provide an opportunity to experience Reiki in a supportive group setting while connecting with others who are interested in wellness and personal growth.
